Can you use points to stay at The Fort?

When my brother took the DVC tour in February, they told him that you can now use points to stay at the campground? I was wondering if this is true and is it only for new memberships, or if we buy points from someone else can we still use them to stay at the campground? And would this be case where the $95 fee would apply?

DVC points may be used to stay in the Wilderness Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Resort & Campground.

This option is part of the Disney Collection and will include a $95 administrative fee for each reservation. Points required for a stay in the cabins begin at 29 points for weeknites in Value Season to a high of 72 points for weekend nites in Holiday Season.
