I don't think so. Disney reward dollars are valid in the US only.

No, everything is in euro's at DLP. You cannot use any kind of gift card, vouchers or anything that's not in euro's.

Not sure if the US Disney call center can sell DLP tickets in USD. It would be your only option since US gift cards or credit card rewards cannot be used in Europe.
