Can you use a prepaid Visa card on Disney Ap?

I want my teenage grandkids to be able to use Mobile Ordering from their phones using their own Disney account. They do not have a credit card. Can I give them a Visa gift card to use in their account for ordering food? I know Disney gift cards don't work nor does a Disney Visa Rewards card. Hoping a Visa gift card is the solution. Anyone tried it?

Have you tried contacting Guest Services (calling or emailing) to see what they say? I remember someone posting here recently that even with a credit card, her teenager had to be logged in to her account to use Mobile Ordering because of the underage issue. I don't remember anyone posting here recently about using a Visa gift card to get around this. Hopefully someone who's tried this will comment!
