Can you use a disney gym if it's not in your hotel?

Hi, my husband loves to train, he wants to know if he can use the gym in another disney hotel even though there isnt one in our hotel?? we're staying at cheyenne? if so would we have to pay?

I would think this is the same as swimming pools that it is only available to guests of that hotel who are able to avail themselves of the facilities
