There will be 7 of us staying at a SSR 2 bedroom villa. There will be DH and me (and the 2 kids), my parents, and my brother. We will all want different credit cards attached to our room keys (or magic bands if they have them by June) so we can each charge our own things using our own cards. Can they do that at check in?

I don't think you can for dedicated 2 bedroom. However, I know you can if you have a 2 bedroom lock-off. This is a one bedroom with an adjoining door to a studio.
The drawback of the lock-off is the studio has a queen and a fold out bed instead of two queen beds.

In January we stayed at ssr with 3 adults 1 child 2 adults used 1 cc and the other adult used their own cc so it is possible if the CM wants to do the extra work. I wouldnt suggest online check in they would have the room keys and charging already set up at that point.

Yes you can, but you may need to get a print-out of your room invoice before you check out just to make sure the split was done correctly. Apparently, I had a CM that didn't set our accounts up properly and everything was charged to my credit card. It was easy enough to fix while I was still at the hotel, but would have been a nightmare to straighten out if I didn't discover it until my credit card bill came in.
