I remember seeing something about being able to use a QS credit to get 3 snacks in QS restaurants-does anyone know if you can do this at F&W booths? Obviously they would all be from the same booth! We have worked out we have 26 credits each to use, and at the last count I spotted about 35 things i liked the look of! :rolleyes1

The exchange of 1 QS for 3 snacks has never been an official use of the dining plans, but was widely done when Disney put the "exchange dessert/drink entitlement for a snack" into the brochure. Since the QS meal went to just entrée and drink AND the exchange wording disappeared from the brochure, we've seen fewer reports of being able to do the 1-3 exchange within the parks. It's still common at the resorts, but not the parks. I don't remember seeing even one report of someone doing so at the Flower & Garden booths. That doesn't mean it didn't happen, but I think it does mean it is not a given as it was for a couple years.

By all means, I would ask at EVERY booth I wished to do so. One tip from the past, ask only for your 3 snacks as a QS credit in their own transaction. Don't try to add drinks or extra snacks that you're paying OOP for into the request. That always worked better when it was common to do so.

Thanks for that, we'll have a bash.

We've done this on our last few trips. We just inquire about this before we place our order to confirm that it's still on option. It's worked well for us to try the snacks at EPCOT World Showcase during Flower/Garden and Food/Wine.

We exchanged tons last month at quick service and snack locations. Only denied at Satuli. i didn't ask most of the time, just ordered 3 snacks and said I'd like to pay with one quick service in exchange for three snacks. Sometimes I had to repeat what I meant, but it always worked. Or just ask if there is an option on the register for DDP combo, that's what a few cast members said the exchange button was called.

Last year at F&W, exchanging 1 QS credit for 3 snacks was a bit hit and miss. Most booths were able to do it, no problem. Several booths had trouble, and seemed to have only 1 CM who knew that it was possible and how to do it. A few booths insisted that it was impossible and wouldn't do it (we just used snack credits at those booths).

Definitely ask at each booth. Enjoy F&W!
