Can you transfer DP?

I just joined DVC and received DP that have to be used by 10/3. I don't think I will be able to use them by then. Is it possible to transfer the points to another member?

Also, what is the going rate for DP? I know "normal" points rent for around $10.

No, Developer Points may not be transferred. You can use them to make a reservation at SSR and DL, use them for the World Passport Collection or for a cruise.

The "Vacation Option Agreement" for my developer points (for BLT) state the points may be used for SSR, DLR or Interval International.

No mention of DCL as an option.

DVC was offering the use of developer points for cruises, but we were told that was exclusive to a purchase made on-board a cruise.
