Can you trade contracts

is it possible to find another owner who has the same amount of points to actually trade with? Hypothetical would require same point amount and same use year but different home resorts.

I just wonder how ROFR works if this can happen.

It's actually a sale and purchase for each portion with two closing and two separate ROFR. It would avoid the commissions that might be included but that is about it. And it's potentially workable with any size contract or use year as long as the two parties can come to an agreement.

Sure, but you'd still need a ROFR waiver plus recording. No real advantage to a quit claim deed in this situation from what I can see.
