Can you tell me about the Anaheim Marriot

I'm coming to CA for a conference for work and I can't come to Southern CA and not go to DL! Anyway we will be staying at the Anaheim Marriot. It wouldn't be my choice of hotels due to the distance but they are giving us a good rate for a couple of days before the conference as well. So my questions are: Is the target on the map really across the street, Is the ART bus close by, and if you have stayed here what did you think of the hotel? Thanks
