Yes. No issues. You just can't take fresh fruit or veggies.
Is fresh fruit ever allowed off? I was contemplating it for May, but I wasn't sure.
Not at every port I can recall. There may be exceptions, but it would be rare. I think all, or nearly all, ports have laws against it and hefty fines. On most excursions, Disney has to round up a few bananas or apples people brought from Cabanas before knowing.
I wouldn't encourage anyone to break the rules here because bringing unauthorized food into port can result in heavy fines and can disrupt ecosystems. But, I do wish that Disney did a better job of enforcing these rules. On my last cruise, we sat through the whole "no food or drink unless it's in an original, factory-sealed package" speech and then disembarked for an excursion in Bermuda. As soon as we got onto the excursion boat, a couple took out some sandwiches for their kids.
