Im confused, can you take a bus from TCC to MK if you are staying offsite???

If they are running, yes. If they’re not running, monorail or ferry boat.

Disney often runs buses from TTC to MK in the morning when they expect heavy crowds, but it's not guaranteed. If they're running, anybody can ride. If they're not, you'll need to take the monorail or ferryboat.
