Can you take a bus from CBR to BW and walk to Epcot at France with a base ticket?

We are staying at the caribbean but love to tour the Boardwalk area. What is the best way to get from CBR to the Boardwalk area and then enter the back entrance with Epcot with only a Base ticket? Thanks a lot. I think that we went from MGM one time through there but we won't be going to MGM this trip. Thanks

Couple of ways....easiest is to take a cab to the BW or BC and walk to
the international gateway from the boardwalk area.

Or bus to mgm and then take a boat to the BW area....and then walk into
epcot.
or
just take a bus to epcot...walk through epcot to BW area....then walk
back in to walk to france.

You don't need to enter MGM to use the boat from MGM to Epcot. The bus dropoff and the boat are both outside the actual park.

You can also walk from the MGMbus drop off to the back entrance of Epcot. It's not superfast, but it may, in some cases be faster than waiting for the boat. The boat stops at all the deluxe resorts in that area.
