Howdy gang!

Only 2 more days till our magical vacation and I'm just wrapping up the final details. This is the longest we will have ever stayed at WDW (yay!!!) and are going to be in a 2 bedroom at SSR b/c some of my family is coming down on Sunday (we're checking in Saturday). We have a car service picking us up when we arrive on Saturday at around 10:30a and we'll have a grocery stop. I know that the luggage and non perishable groceries can be stored but I was wondering about cold stuff. Since I don't know if our room will be ready I just wanted to plan ahead. Should we get a cooler & ice at the grocery store or will SSR be able to store some things in a refrigerator? I'm already thinking we'll have to go the cooler route but I just wanted to doublecheck.

Thanks much!
Laurie

I have only done this at BWV, but I would assume that the same info applies at SSR. YES, just tell bell services and they will gladly store your cold stuff in a fridge. We stopped at Publix with our car service and had picked up milk, water, etc. I just told bell services which needed to be refrigerated. We went off to the park, called bell services when we returned to BWV, received our stuff, and everything that was supposed to be cold, was.

We did this at BWV in Dec with milk. It was very cold when they brought up all our bags. :)

We have also had to do this at OKW. I'm pretty sure any of the DVC resorts would be able to do this for you.
