can you still use a non-expiring WDW pass for DL?

I know in the past you could use a non-expiring WDW hopper for entrance to DL. Is this still the case and how do you do it?

Yes, you take it to the ticket booth or the gates, I think it's the gates, they take your WDW tickets and come back with a DL/DCA park hopper. You do have to switch them out daily though, they won't do more than 1 day at a time.
