Can you still get lobster tails and steak at Captain Jack's with the DP?

I remember people saying that you could get steak and lobster (I think one was an add on) with the DP last year. We haven't eaten there, but are considering it. Are you still able to get the steak/lobster add on for no additional charge now on the DP?

It was reported a while ago that it had been stoped, but I am not sure ow accurate that was.

We were there in May 2006 and we were able to, but this year in May 2008 we were not able to any more. I was really bummed because that was the main reason we booked there again our last trip.

I've also read here on the DIS that it is no longer available -and in checking the allears CJ menu it shows no steak now under entrees (only beef is "pot roast") :
