Can you still get free dining with an annual pass?

I'm actually a little surprised at myself that I'm not sure on this. I know when you book the free dining packages it has to be a package with room and tickets. But what I'm not sure on is if you have an annual pass can you still get the free dining offers that are offered in the fall? What about if it was a bounce back offer that offered free dining?

If the FD package requires the purchase of tickets, you will need to purchase the minimum ticket requirement to qualify for FD. You can probably save the tickets for use on a later trip if you already have an AP, but you will still have to purchase tickets.

You have to buy a ticket to get FREE dining. In the past it was a minimum 2 day ticket.

I have an AP. In the past I have bought the free dining package and held on to the 2 day ticket for future use. Then when it's time to renew, I just upgrade the 2 day ticket.

Another time I had the two day tickets removed from my room key. (Back when they were on cards). Then I gifted the 2 day tickets to my niece and nephew.

Anyone can get free dining so long as they book at least a 3 night resort package at an eligible resort including at least 2 day tickets. There are no exceptions to the ticket purchase requirement for any free dining promotion.

When you purchase your hotel and the minimum park ticket is free dining the length of the trip or as long as the ticket purchased? I'm thinking about upgrading to AP's when we go in June and then if FD were offered coming back at that time.

The free dining is for the length of stay.

Any dining package, free or paid, is tied to the NIGHTs you stay, not the days you play.
