Can you still enter Universal by the Blue man group theater?

I re-entered there the middle of December. It is usually opened later in the day and is designed for re-entry from IOA or exit to IOA. It is normally not open at 9:00 AM.

I noticed that gate was open today. Not sure if it was open all day or not. I also noticed it was open last week on Thursday.

We were down in December...It was not open all the time. I don't know if it possibly related to the BMG hours?
