Many times, f its a small thing like a room location request, I greatly prefer to just send an email rather than sitting on hold for 30 minutes and then having to go through the 10 minute schpeil with the CM on the phone. I am trying to press the "email us" link on the DVC site and getting the wonderful Stitch error page. Do they not accept email requests anymore?
