Can you still do a day-by-day Res?

I'm planning a trip to DL in the spring and would like to try for GCV at 7 months. Can you still do a day-by-day reservation to ensure getting the whole time and then linking them after? It seems like I remember there being some new policy in place regarding this. I would settle for PP but I'd like to save a few points and stay in a nicer resort with a nicer room.

You can do day by day but you can also do up to a 7 day reservation starting with the day of check in.

Oh, that's even better. I just want to be 100% clear, say I wanted April 3-8 I can call September 3rd and ask for April 3-8?

You can book for up to 7 nights at 7 months from your check in day. There's no need to book day by day, and you could lose parts of it if you only book a day at a time.

The only time you would need to do day by day is if your stay is over 7 nights. For the 8th night you could call the next day, 9th night the next day, etc. Or you could wait until your last night is within the 7 days and do it at once.
