Yep. And I would let my 12 and 15 yo walk over to the clubhouse, but not to swim.

The furthest of the townhomes is maybe 2-2.5 blocks from the clubhouse...definitely within easy walking distance.

It's a very safe resort, it's gated, the only people you will see in the resort are other families on vacation mostly just like yourselves.

You didn't say how old your kids are though, mine are too little to send over there alone! If they're old enough though to be on their own, then definitely!
