Can you see Wishes from MSEP FP spot?

Sorry if this is a silly question. Can you stay in the MSEP FP spot and have a good/comfortable Wishes view? I am thinking of using a FP for MSEP and was hoping that would work.

Not silly at all.
The current MSEP FP+ location is a poor choice for viewing Wishes and Celebrate the Magic.

Some guests follow the very end of the MSEP all the way down the center of Main Street and stop (and stand) near the Hub for the other two shows.

We did it last summer and it was fine. It was nice staying in one spot after the parade.. Since it was our first time, I don't know if it was the most optimal place to view the fireworks, but they seemed great to us. The only downside is that after the parade, the CM's take down the ropes and everyone crowds in.

The CURRENT FP+ viewing spot is nowhere near last summer's viewing spot.
