Can you see fireworks from a lake view room at BLT?

As was mentioned several times the even numbered rooms in the south side (labeled as facing contemporary) should have views of the electric water parade. I'd guess that some of the north side odd numbered rooms could as well. Of course requests are never guaranteed.

Thank you! I'm going to keep it simple then and just request an even numbered north side unit and hope for the best.

So far we have had excellent rooms. Usually North Tower even numbered rooms are firework views and South Tower even numbered rooms are the water parade views. I'm sure there are rooms that don't have either view. I think some of the odd numbered rooms face the pool. Oh, don't forget to ask for a high floor- 10 or higher. You can't see as well on the lower floors

my last time checking in had a MK view - the entire 11 floor was empty - the CM kept suggesting it - but highs are NOT on my list. so went with 4th floor - which should be a standard view in 2013....

one day will get my courage up and go higher than 8th floor!

Thanks! Looks like none of the studios have a view of the parade mentioned. Lots look at parking lots too. I'd love a view that's primarily lake. Will comb through that link again and narrow things down.

if you have a standard view studio - then you are correct.

lake view - there are a bunch that can see the parade.

there are more standard view on the north side than south side of BLT (facing cr)

Just to clarify - then you are hoping for fireworks and not the water parade? Because that request - if filled - will mean no chance of the water parade and you sounded like that was more appealing.

Yes. Water parade is preferable. When I first posted I was interested in fireworks and didn't realize you might also see the parade from BLT. So ill request a south side even numbered room. Thanks for pointing that out!

Sorry to bump this back up but I wanted to confirm that this is what we requested (and received) and we could see the water pageant every night. The boats (for the water pageant) basically sit straight out from CR so only those rooms on the exterior south side can see it and it sounds like some on the inside of the "C". But like I mentioned upthread, my in-laws were inside the "C" and could not see it...they could hear it very well though Our last night there, I took my two oldest dc out to the marina and we watched it from there. Lots of people out there and really fun experience
