B. With travel agent. 5% giftcard, 10% placeholder, and ta onboard credit plus a goody gift basket.

C. For lucky few. Florida rate, military rate. I think there is Canadian rate at times.
Then guarantee last second full cost upfront. Or the special 35% certain sailing rate that I do see quite a few available right now. Of course there are rules tied to it so be very flexible.
