Can you rent bikes at Vero Beach & does HH have a bike trail and bikes?

I was reading that there is a bike trail at Vero Beach! DH loves to ride. Can we rend bikes there?

Also, does HH have a bike trail? Can you rent bikes there?

Don't know about Vero -- it's been a while since I've been there.

You CAN rent bikes at HH, either through the resort, or from a private company that will deliver them to the resort. We've only done them through the resort, although many have said that you can get a better deal through someone else.

The HH resort itself does not have a bike trail, but there are LOTS of bike trails all over the island. You can pretty much get anywhere on a bike. A lot of people even take them down to the beach!

You can rent bicycles at Vero. There were many bicyles just outside of Eb & Flo's. Don't remember what the rates were, though.

There is a great bike trail at HH. I was training for the Disney Marathon a few years ago and ran on it. It pretty much runs from the bridge to the harbortown entrance. It is nice and flat.

The Vero bike path goes south on the wide sidewalk for about 3/4 of a mile then turns inland for about a mile going past a nice river view. Then it comes back to the resort on the road. The sidewalks along 1A are wide so you can go as far as the humidity lets you.
