Can you rent a waverunner at Rum Point in Grand Cayman?

We were there in March 2007 and I don't recall there being wave runners. It was a very low key beach but we would go back in a heartbeat. We rented a car and took our own time getting there checking out the island. The water was shallow for maybe 100 yards. The beach was great and had a lot of palm trees for shade. It only got a little crowded when some stingray city boats came for lunch.

We were there Feb '07 and rented waverunners. We rented a car, got there early before the excursions arrived - it is beautiful, worth the drive.

We rented waverunners at Royal Palm and had a blast. We just hopped in a Taxi and they trucked us up the road a couple miles. We could still see the Magic from where we were.
