Can you rent a house for just one night?

We have reservations for 2 rooms at the CR. I was just looking for 1 night for when we get down there and was wondering if any homes let you rent just one night? We will be 6---5 adults and 1 child.

Some places you can...but then there is a cleaning fee...I would check out homeaway.com...or maybe even ebay.
