Can you renew an Annual Pass at a lower level?

Specifically, can I renew my Platinum Plus Pass as just a Platinum Pass at the Platinum renewal rate? Thanks!

If you're renewing online, it gives you a list of all of the available passes you can get. I just downgraded mine because it's not worth it for me to pay the extra when I haven't been going during blockout dates anyway.

FL Resident passes and Tourist passes can be renewed on-line. DVC Member passes can't.
