Slightly off topic - I once managed a group doing data entry. As I was spot checking the work of one woman, I noticed that her entry was really messed up. After some additonal looking, I soon realized that she had her right hand one letter off on the "home row". Boy, talk about weird errors. Once I guessed what had happened, I could "decode" the words but it took some time to get them all cleaned up (she did most of it as a "learning experience" ).
