No. Unfortunately, you can't redeem Disney Reward Dollars for Cash or any Cash Equivalent, including Disney Dollars.

You can do that. You just can't use them at the vending carts where they don't take credit cards.

Perfect Thank you!! I'm mostly bringing cash, but I have this card that will be useless to me after our trip (we won't be taking another trip for a couple years ) and I'm trying to figure out how it will best be utilized. LOL!

I generally use all of my Disney Rewards on souvenirs. Remember, if you spend $50 at any of the stores in DL, you get a 10% discount.

And while you officially can not buy DD but I have been able to at Disneyland. So it doesn't hurt to ask, the worst they can say is sorry you can't buy them.
