Can you pay your trip off with Disney Gift Cards?

I booked through Disney travel. My son's school uses a scrip system. I can purchase the balance of our trip through the Scrip system and get 1% back towards his tuition. Can your trip be paid off that way?

Sure you can. That's what I'm doing for our August trip.

I use my Disney Visa to buy Disney gift cards at Giant Eagle. Then call Disney and have the cards applied to the trip balance.

This way I get the 1% back on the Visa and $0.20 off in fuel perks for each $50.00 gift card. A win/win for me.

Yep! If you know of an organization that sells Scrip cards, you can buy through them and help them earn money too.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I'm going to go buy a massive amount of scrip so I can pay off our trip This way we get some $$ towards our sons tuition.
