Can you pay the remainder of your Room Reservation on the phone?

Stupid question (only because I can't remember)
I just got my Coronado Springs confirmation in the mail yesterday. Despite my requesting a CRO reservation with one night's deposit my new confirmation asks for the remainder of the balance be paid three weeks before arrival. The confirmation number is definitely CRO (12 digits) and cancellation policy printed on the back is still 5 days out. My last trip in May only required the one night's deposit and the rest to be paid at check in. My current reservation is an annual passholder's rate-so I'm surprised it is being treated as a package. Anyone else book with CRO and get this reservation policy?
Anyhow...
Can I pay the rest of my balance over the phone with CRO?

yes you can pay over the phone w/a credit card. i did this very thing for my upcoming trip in june.:p
 
Thanks. I thought so. Thought I should ask first before I made a fool of myself on the phone. LOL.
 
Sounds like you were booked through WDTC with a DC package, they have the "balance due 21 days prior to arrival" policy. ~:D~
 

Scratch that last post, I just read this over on Deb's site. ~:D~

A CRO package booked 30+ days out requires a one night deposit within two weeks of the booking date. If arrival is less than 30 days out, deposit is required at booking and payment in full at 21 days to arrival. Cancellation up to 6 days prior to arrival gets a full refund. Cancellation within 5 days of arrival forfeits the original one night deposit (the rest is refunded). There are no "change fees" for modifications in CRO.
 
Actually I booked the Annual Passholders rate. I'm not a Disney Club member. My confirmation requests payment within 21 days yet I still have the 5 day cancellation policy. According to Deb's site it looks like I got a CRO package due to the annual passholder rate. I've already paid one night up front. I just wanted to ensure I could pay the rest with a credit card over the phone prior to the 21 day deadline.

I'm just a little perplexed as to why they booked this rate as a package since I don't need any ticket media/extras and specifically asked for a room only reservation.

this happened to me with the last reservation i made too. i called back and questioned them when i got my confirmation and was told i did not in fact have to pay the balance until i got there. i also booked with cro and had the 5 day cancellation, which they verified for me. they said whoever booked me just didn't hit whatever key they needed to on their computor to remove this 21 day language. so...you can pay with a credit card the balance on the phone but if you call and ask i think they will confirm no more payment is needed until arrival.
