We are staying in a WH townhome at the end of the month, we prefer not to lug along the laptop since we have 3 small kids with all the "stuff" that goes along with them! ;) Is there a place in the resort or close by where we can do online check in and print boarding passes for our return trip? We want to do all we can to check in early to hopefully ensure keeping our assigned seats with the kids!:goodvibes

TIA!!:)

There's nothing like that IN the resort unless you bring your laptop, AND the place you're staying in has free internet (not all do).

There's a cyber internet cafe though on US-192 right by the Giordano's (pizza place / restaurant) and in the same strip mall as the grocery store (south side of 192 just west of Old Lake Wilson). You could stop in there and get online and print.

We just stayed at WH last month and I was wondering the same thing before we left. Ditto on not wanting to lug the laptop along. We ended up just having a friend from home check us in. She snagged us some Southwest 'A' passes and we just reprinted them once we got to the airport. Very easy!

We used this spot (while onsite at POP, before we went to the villa) to check our email..

I don't know if it was just us, but we couldn't access our hotmail or yahoo accounts through their computers - the site access had been disabled:confused3

And their printers weren't working either:confused3 :confused3

Just wanted to let you know - you might be better off bringing your laptop:)

Or perhaps there's a more reliable spot that other folks know about..??
Again, maybe it was just that day, and just us:teeth: - but if I had been trying to score some "A" seat on SWA, I would not have been happy.

HTH!!

That's exactly why I almost never fly Southwest! United or American for me all the way! LOL

Musical chairs boarding passes with kids isn't my idea of a "vacation". From Chicago, I can usually get flights to / from Orlando for $130-140 round trip on UAL or AA anyhow, non stop, out of O'hare, which is roughly the same price as SWA charges anyhow, without the added fun of having to fight people for seats.
