Can you make special notations on your reservations for special events?

So here's the deal. We are staying at Royal Pacific in Aug for my DD's 5th birthday. If I call, will they note that its my daughter's b/day on my reservation? I know that Disney does that sort of stuff all the time, but not sure about Universal hotels.

Also, if I make note of her bday on our dinner reservations, will they sing to her?

Any advise or suggestions would be helpful.

When I made my ressie for RPR for my anniversary, the person taking the ressie asked if it was okay to note it. Not sure if they'll do anything special but at least they put it on there. It will be our first time at a Universal hotel so I hope it goes well especially since I splurged on water view.

They will note special occasions on your ressie, and I do hope they do something special for you.

Please don't get upset if they don't though. The reservationist asked if she could note our honeymoon at the RPR, but we didn't get squat. Not even a nice view.

Didn't Tracie note it was her Bean's birthday and they sent up a big bucket of popcorn and snaks and a movie? Do I remember that?

Yup ....at the HRH!!!!

Yes, but that was at the HRH, not the RPR, right? For some reason, we haven't had luck at the RPR.

We never got anything special at RPR either but the Portifino is the BEST! We got something special every day and on our last trip- my birthday-Lydia sent up the best chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. Our check in team- Julia and Maria - sent up a choclate cheesecake with whipped cream and fresh berries. We love this resort!
