My co-workers Dad went in for an angioplasty today and they told him instead he needs a double bypass surgery. His main artery is 99.9% blocked and they say he probably would have had a massive heart attck in the next week if he hadnt' come in.

I know my co worker and his family is stressing... can you keep them in your thoughts?

Thanks,
Meagan

ABSOLUTELY! I hope everything works out for the best.

My father went in for an angioplasty. They tried to use a "balloon" to open his arteries but it didn't work, so they took him in for a bypass right away.

I felt so bad that I was not with my mom - I would have been there if I'd known he was going to have such major surgery!

After the recovery process, my dad felt so much better! I will keep your co-worker's dad in my prayers for a successful surgery and a quick and full recovery.
