Can You Just Call For A TownCar Like You Would Call For A Cab?

I was just wondering if you can call an hour before you need a towncar like you would with a taxi? I dont know what time I want to leave my first hotel, to move onto the second (i have shopping to do ect so i dont want to book it in advance)

Or do they all have to be pre-booked?

Normally you would book in advance. I'm sure if they weren't busy, they'd be happy to accomodate you, although I also think an hour might be very tight.
