Rosie is adorable too! What is she a mix of? I love the white eyelashes. Our Tibetan Spaniel has long white lashes like that.

Hi Obi-Wan!

We got Rosie from the Humane Association when she was a puppy, 13 years ago. She and her siblings had been dropped over the fence at night, so they didn't know anything about her parenting. She has beagle coloring, and we believe there's some sort of terrier in there, too. Her sibs were much fluffier than she is, and had a real sheltie look about them, so that's another possibility. I wish you could feel her fur - she's the softest dog ever, and the sweetest, too.

By the way, I'm another who instantly recognized Mabel - Lauri has an amazing gift. I'm so glad she picked up her pencils again, and I'm praying that someday she'll feel like painting again, too.

Okay, Lauri made good on her promise to me to draw a picture of "daddy's girl" Tinker - our white Tibetan Spaniel. She drew her in her favorite way to lay down, curled in a ball with her tail wrapped around by her head.

Here is how it turned out -

There is a picture in Lauri's signature clipart of Tinker laying like that but the picture was taken from a different angle so you don't see her big old moon eyes or the little underbite

Had to go back and add: The 2nd picture (black and white poodle) has a pillow with a champagne colored poodle on front. I have that very same pillow on my sofa. It looks so much like my last poodle and is why it was purchased.
