Let me tell you a (hopefully) quick story.

Back in 2009, we took our daughter on her first trip to WDW. On that trip, in Art of Disney at Epcot, my husband saw a giclee, a stylized version of the "trying to lure the dog with the key over" scene from PotC. It was around $400, but it was out of our budget at that point and we had to pass on it despite loving it quite a bit.

I tried, months later, to use the merchandise phone number for WDW to track the giclee down to give to my husband as a Christmas/birthday present, but alas, it had sold and they told me at the time that they did not sell prints of that particular original.

Imagine my shock as we were, early last month, walking through Off the Page at Disney's California Adventure, and I looked up and saw an affordably-priced, matted print of that very painting. We bought it and brought it home, and it now hangs on our wall. Here it is (please pardon the blurry pic, had to get it from a funny angle to prevent you all from seeing what a mess the room is in the reflection):

I'd love to collect more Disney related prints, or even original artwork, from this artist, as both my husband and I love the style this artist uses. Does anyone know who is responsible for this piece of artwork? I imagine it'll be easier to look for prints and such online, or even possibly on our WDW and DLR trips, if I know the artist's name.

Thanks!

Thank you! That was awesome. :) I really appreciate you googling the heck outta that.
