can you help with a vmk avatar?

so........... i took a picture of my avatar, i continously cut it down so it was less than 100x100 pixels and 3,990 bytes.................. and now, it says that i don't have a valid jpg, bmp, etc. code........... any help you can offer?

When you save change the file to one of those. It confused me too at first so don't worry your not alone

how do you do that? you just add .jpg to the end right??? because that doesn't work for me...........
