Can you help me understand

We are hoping to go to Disney in June.. like the 23-28 Can you explain to me how many points I would need... and how I would know this info??? I would like to stay at WL Villas or Beach Club Villas.... how do I go to understanding this proces.. I really am interested!

Who do I pay? and do I get sent a confirmation? thanks

Vickie if you are looking to Rent then go over to the rent/trade board and you will get plenty of info over there. If someone has the points available to rent you then you will make arraingments with them. They will put the ressie in your name and send you a copy ( They still own and can at any time do what they want until check-in day)

If your looking at going through CRO then you pay them cash not points and get a confirmation along with it.

To find out how many points will be needed go to the top of the Page and the right side top line has Points chart. Select the resorts and see what the points are per day and add them up.

I'd bet you are too late for BCV, and VWL is the smallest DVC right now (GCV will be smaller when it opens). OKW or SSR might be available still.

Some things to remember, the member fully controls the reservation until the moment you check in. You will not be able to confirm the reservation with Disney. You won't be able to make requests or add ME or DDP. The member will have to do it for you. Cancellation or changes may be impossible; refunds may be impossible. It all depends on the member.

I made reservations for some guests last week. SSR and OKW had availability for mid June for a studio. I believe you could also get a 1 BR during this time at these resorts. This particular guest wanted Wilderness Lodge and best I could do was 4 nights at WLV and the first two nights at OKW. They said they didn't mind having to relocate in order to get the four nights at WLV. Availability at BCV, BWV and AKV will be nearly impoosible this late.
