Just last night I said to DH, I hope we don't regret not choosing the 7 day. He said, I can tell you right now, we will!! Maybe he'll take us again next year :teeth:

We'd like to try Palos one night, but we'd also like to try all the dining rooms & don't really want to miss our last night there either. :) So, we're going to try the double dipping thing. The question is, which night? We have early seating & a 2 year old. I'm trying to figure out what evening activites he would like (& what he can stay awake for). We'll feed him & then put him in Flounders for the Palo night so he'll miss whatever's going on.

It seems like the 2nd (Nassau) or 3rd night (CC) would be best. There's a deck party on the Nassau night, right? I think he would like that. It doesn't look like he would miss much on the CC day, and he'll be tired, so I'm leaning toward that day. Any thoughts on this?

Is there anything else I should plan on? We may put him in FR other nights too, but later in the evening. Thank you for your help!

The great thing about dinner at Palo's on Nassau night of the 4-night cruise is that you'd have a view of the lights of the city, instead of just the sea and darkness. But your dinner rotation will go something like TAPT or similar, meaning that wherever you are scheduled for the 2nd night will be one night only. So if you don't want to miss any of the restaurants but want to do Palo's on Nassau night, since you have early seating you could go early to the regular restaurant and just have an appetizer or salad, then have a late dinner at Palo's if you can get the reservation. It shouldn't conflict with the deck party, which runs from 10p.m. to midnight.

Whatever you do, do not miss Palo's. It really was one of the highlights of our trip. We were on the 4 day and ate at Palo's on the Nassau day. The view really was pretty. By the time we got in line at Palo's to make our ressies (around 1:40) sunday and monday were the only days left. We skipped Parrot Cay and do not regret it (we ate breakfast there one morning). Our children were in the Oceanners club so I don't know about Flounder's. Have a great trip. The chocolate souffle at Palos is fabulous!
