Your best bet is to go to some of the web sites that have been talked about on this board to check out good places.

The one that helped me find the condo we are renting is windsor hills rent. If you go to http://www.windsorhillsrent.com/3beds.html or http://www.windsorhillsrent.com/3bedhomes.html you will be able to look through 3 bedroom condos and homes for rent. Most have an availability calendar on their sites. You can also fill out the enquiry form and get back quotes from owners who have openings.

You can also try http://www.vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/usa/florida/ be sure to click on Orlando then Kissimmee, I think you can sort the search results by number of bedrooms.

Try Floridays, Runaway Beach Club or Lighthouse Key, those are all very nice properties.

If you are looking to stay at a resort with 3 bedrooms, I would suggest checking out Worldquest.

I would also recommend Windsor Hills. It's a new rental community less than 2 miles from the WDW gates.

I was able to get a lower price than the price posted, so if they have anything available you should ask them if they'd be willing to do it for a little less per night. Even if they don't their prices are still great and Ros (the woman I've been working with) is very easy to work with.
