Can you help? Know of a rv/camper rental co. that also will reserve the site for you?

Quick! I need help, if you can.:confused3

I was surprised this morning by my husband with a business conference trip visit to the :smickey: ! And there is no better place to stay than the Fort. We tried multiple places in a split stay last year...and now we know for SURE.

But to be reimbursed by his university, all housing costs must be on the same receipt. I have to get the info to him as soon as possible, within hours, maybe. I don't want to stay in 2 rooms at the stars- which- with our big family, is where we would be, otherwise... we love everything and everyone about Ft Wilderness! (Wow. I'm lucky blessed just to be contemplating it!:hmghost:)

If anyone sees this and has any tip to share, I sure do appreciate it!
It's great to be seeing these boards again. It was so hard/depressing to post/visit with no hope of ressie!

1) Camper rental companies don't reserve sites.
2) At least none of which I know.
3) You must have the site, then arrange the camper.

Right. And I understand why.
I'm just hoping, hoping to find an exception.

Thank you for your speed and answer, Rusty Scupper!
I'd love to someday visit so much that I meet you in person.

P.S.
We've done it, renting a camper onsite, (fortcamperrental) and YES! We loved it!:thumbsup2 to all those scanning the boards with that question right now.

Floridacamperrentals.com will rent you a camper and make a reservation to the Fort for you.

Glad to hear that you had a great experience! I just reserved two popups with them this afternoon, for our January trip! :)

1) WOW !
2) Didn't know they did this.
3) Thanks for adding, so I can keep it in mond for others.

NOTE: Of course, they are also a travel agency, so making ressies s part of their biz.
