Can You Have Too Many At-Sea Days on a Disney Cruise?

I think it depends on your personality. Some people are better at relaxing and unwinding than others. We had nine sea daze on a Disney cruise and DH was getting stir crazy. There's only so many books he felt like reading to keep himself occupied.
