Can you have the filet and the added lobster tail???

On the Le Cellier menu it has a 7 ounce filet mignon on the menu and then it says to add a lobster tail to any entree for $12.99. If you are on the DDP can you have both the filet and the lobster tail on the dining plan for "free" or do you have to pay OOP for the lobster tail?????

well when I went there you couldn't but that was ok because I had the best steak and lobster didn't even enter my mind : ug:
