Welcome to my brand new PTR!

We are excited to be going to Disney again!

By we, I mean myself and my new husband Josh!

This is us on our wedding day. We were married in January at the Shades of Green resort at Disneyworld.....

Now to explain our title a bit....

Josh and I were married in January, however, shortly after, we did this...

and he headed overseas to serve our country.


Now we are planning a vow renewal or "fake wedding" as I like to call it. We will be celebrating the beginning of our happily ever after with our friends and family.

We don't consider the wedding trip to have been our Honeymoon, we had other people with us, and we were so focused on what we were facing, that we couldn't fully enjoy everything we were doing. So we decided that when he got home we would have a trip planed, and go and celebrate the start of our lives together!

We have booked, since they released free dining, we decided to jump!


DATES : May 27-June 5
RESORT : Caribbean Beach
DINING : Deluxe, but we are still debating!

i wish I had the time to do a TR for our vow renewal. I don't know how you find the time! Signing up!

So the big debate has been the Deluxe Dining. It costs $33 a day per person to upgrade.

If we do the basic plan, and then do a breakfast buffet each day, that is 21.99 ish per person per day. We get the extra snack with is $3.00 a day, we we are very close. That doesn't even include the refillable mug, or the appetizers we get as well.

We are 2-3 meals a day type of people. We don't do well when we skip meals!

We have both agreed that this trip is not going to be commando. We are going to take our time, and just enjoy our time together.....

We upgraded to deluxe because we didn't want to worry about a food budget. we have a couple of buffets reserved and CRT for our last meal and we only have 2 TS credits that are unclaimed and a whole day unplanned during our visit. So, I say upgrade!
