I think it is one FP and you can use it for either side.

yes. We had fastpasses for Orange but it was not working, we asked if we could switch to green and they said sure. It is a good thing too because my wife freaked out on the ride. She hated it. I on the other hand loved it.

Or after. We were in line for orange but it was too long and we were getting close to an ADR. They let us switch.
