Can you get cheap pins in the Orlando Outlets?

My DB is going to Orlando (but not WDW ) and he will be hitting a couple of the outlet malls. Does anyone know if they sell discounted pins there? Anywhere else he could get them while he is down there?

If you are getting them to trade you can get them from ebay pretty cheap by Lots of 10,20,30 etc. They get cheeper the more you buy at once. I always order them for DD before we go to WDW/DL. You dont always know what your getting, but if you want to trade them, who cares. Sometimes they will send some good ones and my daughter doesnt even want to trade them. whats with that?

You could try a Disney outlet, but I dont think they will be much cheaper. There is one in Sacramento that opens tempararily around Christmas time, but I never find that the pins are ever discounted much.
