Good question...I would like to know too!!! Considering VB for next summer 'cuz we might do a split stay with WDW and buy the Non-Expiring 10 day hoppers rather than AP's!

When I stayed at VB in Aug 06 I paid cash and received the discount. I recently called to check on April 09 dates and cash rooms are available, but no discount when I called. Just keep calling and you may luck out with the discount.

On a couple occasions we have added a Friday night while there. We're pretty strickly Sun-Thur people, but once in a while decide to add a night on cash.

Thanks, Rob! Big help! Pretty cheap for rack rates IMO - esp. for "value season". I thought they'd be higher! I'm sure they've gone up a little, but probably not drasticly! Defnitely something to think about - esp. if we might be able to get a discount off of that!
