Yes, definitely.

You've just missed a UK promotion that gave a free dining plan with purchase of a vacation package for mid-August through September 2007.

UK residents can purchase an Annual Pass and thus qualify for AP resort "room only" discounts.

I believe UK residents who belong to the AA can take advantage of the American Automobile Assn (AAA) "room only" discounts on Disney resorts. (I know Canadians who belong to CAA can get the AAA discounts, and I think the UK version of the auto club has a similar arrangement.)
