Hello,
We're here in Orlando until Sunday and bought a 2 day 2 park package. However, the current Hurricane Debby is seriously impacting upon our chances of having some fun on the rides at Universal.
We bought the tickets at Florida Mall, and have not used them yet.
Is there any option to have a refund if the weather continues (As it appears likely to continue until Sunday, by which time we'll sadly be gone home!)

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Are the parks closed due to the weather? If they're open for business, you may be out of luck...if it's raining, and the parks are open, you're "choosing" to stay inside because of the rain. I've been out of town all weekend, so I don't know how bad it is....on another board, the posters were calling it a tropical storm....the last time we were in disney with a tropical storm, it was business as usual, as long as there was not lightning, and then you couldn't go on anything up in the air....that was it.

Regardless, I would think that the parks would have to close due to the severity of the weather before a refunds would even be on the discussion table.

I'm thinking you will be able to save them and use them for your next visit to Florida. They shouldn't expire until " x" amount of days after you use them for the first time.

TS Debby's affect on the weather should be gone by Wednesday with normal weather returning on Thursday. Unless the parks are closed due to weather, refunds are not given and even then it would be questionable if you would get a refund. You can hang onto the tickets until your next trip since they don't expire until activated at the gate.

If the parks are open despite the weather, you won't get a refund.Last I checked this morning the parks were open.If you choose not to go, then save the tickets for another trip.
